Established in 2021, Ajr Islamic Foundation is a registered charitable organization dedicated to serving and integrating the Central Asian (Bukharis) community and local Muslims in Canadian society through advancing Islamic knowledge and values as well as preparing, nurturing and upbringing a generation of future leaders. The Canadian-Uzbekistani community has been the propelling force behind establishing its first non-profit organization in Canada. As inheritors of great Islamic tradition of Central Asia, we take pride in our heritage based on high morals, diversity, open-mindedness, civic engagement and community building.
